Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory, including prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored telecommunication solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell Zain's products and services to prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback and coaching.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and competitive analysis.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote Zain's brand and offerings.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the telecommunications industry
