Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand ICCU's member base and product penetration.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Educate members on ICCU's full range of products and services, including loans, mortgages, deposit accounts, and investment options.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
- Process loan applications, open new accounts, and assist members with various financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in community outreach and business development activities to promote ICCU's presence.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless member experience and service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, services, and market trends.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in a financial services or customer-facing sales role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent active listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience working with diverse customer segments or international clients.
- Knowledge of credit union products and services.
- NMLS registration or willingness to obtain.
