Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Present and promote Redbrick Homes' property portfolio to prospective clients, highlighting unique selling propositions and investment benefits.
- Conduct property viewings and site visits, effectively addressing client queries and concerns.
- Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate the closure of deals, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory transaction process for clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, providing exceptional after-sales service and fostering repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently striving for high performance.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including current trends, competitor activities, and property values.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.
- Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to optimize sales strategies and promotional activities.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate, financial services, or high-value products.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) or corporate clients.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations in Abuja.
- Fluency in additional local languages (e.g., Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba) is a plus.
