Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop deep expertise in Check Point's cybersecurity product portfolio and solutions.
  • Shadow senior Sales Engineers in client meetings, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations to learn best practices and sales methodologies.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to prospective customer needs and technical environments.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer technical requirements, pain points, and articulate how Check Point solutions address these challenges effectively.
  • Support Proof-of-Concept (POC) deployments and evaluations, ensuring technical success, documentation, and alignment with customer objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFIs under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (sales, product management, R&D) and eventually with key customer stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Hebrew is a significant advantage).
  • Exceptional eagerness to learn complex technical concepts rapidly and apply them effectively.
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls) or fundamental IT security concepts.
  • Proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • High level of self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed and grow within a technical sales environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field (or equivalent practical experience demonstrating strong technical aptitude and foundational knowledge).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or significant academic project experience in IT, networking, or cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with common operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) and virtualisation technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Relevant entry-level certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent industry recognition.
  • Experience with public speaking, group presentations, or technical communication.
  • Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation or analysis.
