Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team in Zurich. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external sales-related inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Process sales orders, manage customer accounts, and update CRM systems with accurate and current information.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Coordinate sales activities, including events, campaigns, and product launches, working closely with marketing and product teams.
  • Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and analyze data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage customer data, ensure data integrity, and support lead generation and qualification efforts.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments (e.g., finance, legal, customer service) to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Support the onboarding of new sales team members by providing necessary resources and administrative assistance.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all sales-related documents and correspondence.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a sales support, administrative, or coordination role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
