Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and authentic manner, embodying the aloha spirit.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to needs, offering product knowledge, and guiding purchase decisions.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are attractive, well-stocked, and reflective of brand guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Assist with inventory management tasks including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and organizing the backroom.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product features, and brand initiatives to effectively communicate with customers.
