Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring items match specifications and quality standards.
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against delivery notes.
- Efficiently sort and stock products in designated warehouse locations, maintaining an organized and accessible inventory system.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (with proper certification), safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for reading labels and completing paperwork.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience (6+ months) in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational role.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift) with valid certification.
