Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with locating products and answering inquiries.
- Efficiently restock shelves, ensuring products are well-presented and rotated according to freshness guidelines.
- Operate cash registers accurately, handling transactions and processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including sales floor, aisles, and stockrooms.
- Assist with receiving and processing deliveries, ensuring stock is accurately checked and stored.
- Support inventory management through stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Help customers locate specific items and provide information on promotions and store services.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
