Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities, ensuring adherence to established schedules and procedures.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners regarding operational matters.
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of shipments, deliveries, and other logistical movements.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to operational performance, inventory, and resource allocation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Resolve operational discrepancies and issues promptly, escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies within the operational framework.

- Manage and organize operational documentation, including permits, licenses, and contractual agreements.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations, logistics, or administrative coordination role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
