Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues related to deliveries, shipping, service complaints, and general inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Process customer requests, including address changes, re-delivery arrangements, and service cancellations, accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Educate customers on Royal Mail products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, operations) to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data privacy and confidentiality.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to empathize with customers and maintain a positive, professional demeanor under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
