Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and order of guest rooms and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for cleaning, stocking, and maintaining guest rooms to the highest standards, and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for every guest. Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Stocking rooms with amenities and supplies.
  • Responding to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhering to all hotel safety and security procedures.
  • Working effectively as part of a team.
