As a Quality Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our cutting-edge products, whether they be advanced aero engines, marine propulsion systems, or power generation units, consistently exceed stringent industry specifications and customer expectations. You will be embedded within cross-functional teams, applying advanced quality methodologies to prevent defects, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across various stages of product lifecycle, from initial design review to final product delivery and in-service support. This role is not merely about inspection; it’s about instilling a culture of quality from design inception through manufacturing and into operational service.
