Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of aircraft engine components and systems.
  • Execute repair, overhaul, and assembly tasks on various Rolls-Royce aerospace engines in accordance with technical manuals, blueprints, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough testing of engine components post-repair to ensure functionality and adherence to performance specifications.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all maintenance, repair, and inspection activities.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineers, quality control personnel, and other technicians to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
  • Operate and maintain specialized tooling and equipment required for engine maintenance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance as needed, ensuring seamless workflow and operational excellence.

Required Skills

  • Possession of a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an Aerospace Technician, preferably with jet engines.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with various diagnostic tools and equipment used in aerospace maintenance.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality assurance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
