Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and format various documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company branding.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring quick retrieval of information.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management tasks to ensure a comfortable and efficient workspace.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation with precision.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing workstations and necessary documentation.
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and venue arrangements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing professional and courteous assistance.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, requiring research, data compilation, and presentation development.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and proprietary data.
- Collaborate effectively with other administrative staff and departmental teams to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a professional office environment.
