Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured graduate program, rotating through various departments and projects to gain broad operational exposure.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mining, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Process, or equivalent) from an accredited university.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
