Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and locating items as needed.
- Operate cash registers accurately, handle payments, and process returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain attractive and organized merchandise displays.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including aisles, checkout areas, and restrooms.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, checking dates, and preparing for audits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and provide seamless customer service.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
