Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and process incoming merchandise efficiently and accurately.
- Organize and maintain a clean, tidy, and accessible stockroom.
- Stock shelves and displays on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-presented and replenished.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
- Prepare merchandise for transfer or return, ensuring proper documentation.
- Assist with seasonal merchandise changeovers and promotional setups.
- Operate basic stockroom equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks if applicable, ladders).
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product availability and address specific customer needs.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the entire store.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a retail, warehouse, or stockroom environment.
- Proven ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory management systems.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with retail inventory software.
- Experience in a fashion or specialty retail setting.
- Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus, but not required.
