Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help customers locate products and answer their inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure products are properly priced.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and counting stock.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages to management.
- Provide information on product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to a supervisor when necessary.
