Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers on the sales floor to understand their communication and technology needs.
- Proactively demonstrate and sell Verizon products and services, including wireless devices, accessories, home internet solutions, and service plans.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations based on customer requirements.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Verizon products, services, promotions, and industry trends.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and display areas.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in retail.
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in mobile technology and digital solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, commission-driven sales environment.
