Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service, assisting with product inquiries and location.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandise displays and fitting rooms.
- Replenish stock on sales floor and assist with receiving and processing new merchandise shipments.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention efforts.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and create a positive store environment.
