Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service, assisting with product inquiries and location.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandise displays and fitting rooms.
  • Replenish stock on sales floor and assist with receiving and processing new merchandise shipments.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention efforts.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and create a positive store environment.
