Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance and answering questions.
- Help guests locate products, provide recommendations, and offer solutions to their needs.
- Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and managing displays.
- Ensure products are accurately priced and promotions are correctly displayed.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, sorting, and replenishing merchandise.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
