Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection, location, and purchases.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately, including cash, credit/debit, and gift card payments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising, stocking, and replenishing inventory.
  • Process incoming shipments, unbox merchandise, and prepare items for the sales floor.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with fitting room maintenance and ensure all garments are properly hung and organized.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store operational standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with loss prevention efforts.
