Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store operations, including efficient opening and closing procedures.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving ambitious sales targets and operational excellence goals.
- Learn, implement, and maintain high visual merchandising standards to ensure an attractive and engaging store presentation.
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Support the training, coaching, and development of sales associates, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Assist with comprehensive inventory management, including accurate stock counts, efficient receiving of shipments, and meticulous organization of stockrooms.
- Understand and rigorously enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance, maintain brand integrity, and ensure a safe working environment.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify emerging trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Contribute actively to a positive and productive store culture, consistently leading by example.
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
