Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise efficiently and accurately.
- Unpack, price, and organize products according to store planograms and visual merchandising standards.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with merchandise, ensuring proper rotation and signage.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and participate in merchandising initiatives as required.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment safely (training provided).
- Report damaged or defective merchandise to management.
- Provide basic assistance to customers by directing them to product locations when requested.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Basic communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
