Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service, actively listening to their needs.
- Guide customers to appropriate products and offer expert advice on home improvement projects.
- Assist with product loading, special orders, and online order pickups.
- Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and clean sales floor, including merchandising displays.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures as required.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe shopping and working environment.
- Continuously learn about new products and services to enhance customer assistance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and deliver a seamless customer experience.
