Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries and locating products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor environment, including aisles, displays, and checkout areas.
- Stock shelves, rotate merchandise to ensure freshness and proper inventory, and ensure accurate product placement.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash transactions, and process various payment methods accurately.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, unpacking merchandise, and organizing storage areas.
- Support store operations by diligently following all safety and security procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to achieve daily operational goals and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to product handling, customer interaction, and store standards.
- Actively engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance retail skills and product knowledge.
