Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing our POS system.
- Provide informed recommendations on menu items, including wine and drink pairings.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently to tables.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience by checking in regularly.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setup and breakdown.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other front-of-house team members.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards.
