Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, ensuring adherence to the highest service standards and company policies.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including accurate opening and closing procedures, secure cash handling, and efficient reservation management.
  • Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction continuously, promptly and professionally addressing any concerns or feedback to ensure a consistently positive and memorable dining experience.
  • Manage staff scheduling, breaks, and task assignments to optimize workflow, efficiency, and productivity during all shifts.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks for beverages and all front-of-house supplies, assisting with ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including food safety standards and responsible alcohol service laws.
  • Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and efficient, timely food delivery to guests.
  • Assist in conducting performance reviews, implementing disciplinary actions when necessary, and facilitating continuous professional development for team members.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive, inclusive, and highly motivational work environment for all staff.
  • Accurately handle customer payments and proficiently operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and actively implement new strategies to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
