Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and dining areas.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of kitchen and dining staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and quality to meet hotel standards.
- Oversee inventory management for food, beverages, and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
- Ensure strict adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Manage guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular quality checks on service, cleanliness, and food standards.
- Assist in staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Contribute to menu development and pricing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and staff attendance.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant supervision or a similar leadership role in hospitality.
