Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and daily specials clearly and enthusiastically.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, beverages, and wine pairings.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Process payments, handle cash, and manage credit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned dining sections, including table setup and breakdown.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other front-of-house team members.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues to ensure complete satisfaction, escalating when necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and company policies.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including restocking and cleaning.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Server or in a similar hospitality role (minimum 6 months)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency in operating POS systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Knowledge of local food and beverage regulations (e.g., alcohol service)
