Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in restaurant management.
- Proven leadership ability with strong team-building and motivational skills.
- Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, including P&L management, inventory, and labor control.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience with Panera Bread or a similar fast-casual dining concept.
- Knowledge of local food safety and sanitation regulations in Missouri.
