Key Responsibilities
- Collect food orders from various partner restaurants and grocery stores in a timely manner.
- Deliver orders directly to customers' specified locations across Aberdeen, ensuring food quality and temperature are maintained.
- Manage delivery routes efficiently using the Deliveroo rider app to optimise time and service.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during every interaction.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and best practices while on duty.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety during transportation.
- Communicate effectively with customers, restaurants, and Deliveroo support when necessary.
Required Skills
- Must be 18 years old or over.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Access to a bicycle, scooter, or motorcycle with appropriate safety gear.
- A smartphone (iPhone 4s or Android 4.2 and above) with data.
- A valid driving licence (if using a motor vehicle) and valid insurance.
- Good geographical knowledge of Aberdeen.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
