Key Responsibilities
- Prepare various food items according to Chicken Republic's recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food preparation areas and equipment are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP, local health codes).
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (fryers, griddles, ovens, etc.).
- Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
