Job Description

FNBB is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our dynamic team on a remote basis. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough secondary research on economic indicators, market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities relevant to the financial services sector in Botswana and regionally.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from various sources, including industry reports, government publications, academic papers, and internal databases.
  • Assist in the design and execution of primary research projects, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups, ensuring ethical guidelines are strictly followed.
  • Prepare detailed research reports, summaries, presentations, and dashboards that clearly articulate findings, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Verify the accuracy and reliability of data sources and information gathered, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
  • Monitor industry news, regulatory changes, and technological advancements impacting the financial sector.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and strategy, to understand research needs and deliver relevant insights.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in research, data analysis, or a related field.
