Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough secondary research on economic indicators, market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities relevant to the financial services sector in Botswana and regionally.
- Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from various sources, including industry reports, government publications, academic papers, and internal databases.
- Assist in the design and execution of primary research projects, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups, ensuring ethical guidelines are strictly followed.
- Prepare detailed research reports, summaries, presentations, and dashboards that clearly articulate findings, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Verify the accuracy and reliability of data sources and information gathered, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
- Monitor industry news, regulatory changes, and technological advancements impacting the financial sector.

Required Skills
