Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives and teams.
- Handle email correspondence, filtering, prioritizing, and responding as appropriate.
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports using various software applications.
- Conduct online research and compile information on various topics as requested.
- Assist with data entry, database management, and maintaining organized digital files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports (where applicable).
- Provide technical support for virtual meetings and online collaboration tools.
- Assist with social media scheduling and content preparation.
- Undertake special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion in all communications and tasks.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
