Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the scheduling, promotion, and delivery of all online training programs, including live webinars and self-paced courses.
  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, course uploads, content updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage registration processes, send pre-training communications, and provide post-training follow-up to participants.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and trainers to ensure training materials are current and accessible.
  • Provide technical support to learners experiencing issues with accessing or navigating online learning platforms.
  • Track participant completion rates, generate comprehensive reports on training effectiveness, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and distribute engaging communication materials to promote training opportunities and highlight key learning resources.
  • Maintain organized records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
  • Stay current with online learning trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance our training offerings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new online learning initiatives and technologies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training coordination, learning administration, or similar role.
  • Proven experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone OnDemand, Saba Cloud, Docebo).
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders remotely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a focus on providing excellent customer service and technical support.
  • Comfortable with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
