Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions within our identity platform.
- Collaborate with product management, UX, and other engineering teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, tools, and infrastructure.
- Document technical designs, specifications, and API interfaces.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Go, Python, or C#.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) concepts and protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
