Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) for multiple clients.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, engaging with the online community in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media features to inform content strategy.
- Support the team in compiling social media performance reports by gathering data and basic analysis.
- Assist with social media calendar management, ensuring content is organized and deadlines are met.
- Help identify and engage with relevant influencers and online communities.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in social media marketing and digital communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including PR and digital marketing, to ensure integrated campaign execution.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Basic proficiency with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later) is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and platform changes.
- Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Previous experience managing personal or small business social media accounts.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basic knowledge).
