Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) for multiple clients.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, engaging with the online community in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media features to inform content strategy.
  • Support the team in compiling social media performance reports by gathering data and basic analysis.
  • Assist with social media calendar management, ensuring content is organized and deadlines are met.
  • Help identify and engage with relevant influencers and online communities.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in social media marketing and digital communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including PR and digital marketing, to ensure integrated campaign execution.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Basic proficiency with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later) is a plus.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and platform changes.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications
