Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Online Store Manager to lead the strategic development and day-to-day operations of Topo Designs’ e-commerce platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of our e-commerce store, including product listing management, inventory synchronization, pricing updates, and promotional activities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Optimize website user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for maximum conversion rates, utilizing A/B testing and customer feedback.
  • Manage and monitor website performance, identifying and troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with IT or platform support.
  • Analyze sales data, website analytics, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and make data-driven decisions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align online store content with marketing campaigns, SEO strategies, and digital advertising efforts.
  • Manage customer service interactions related to online orders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with the product team on new product launches, ensuring accurate and engaging product descriptions and imagery.
  • Stay abreast of emerging e-commerce technologies, trends, and best practices to continually enhance our online presence.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management, online retail, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify Plus.
  • Demonstrable experience in driving online sales and improving key e-commerce metrics (conversion rates, AOV, traffic).
  • Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
