As a Remote Online Recruiter, you will leverage a wide array of online tools and platforms to conduct comprehensive talent searches, employing innovative techniques to uncover hidden gems in the technology sector. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach and in-depth candidate screening to presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitating the offer process. You will work autonomously, managing your pipeline effectively, while also collaborating closely with account managers and other recruiters to ensure a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive online talent searches using various platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Proactively identify, engage, and screen potential candidates for technical and IT-related roles across different seniority levels and specialties.
- Conduct in-depth phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and hiring teams to understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Present qualified candidate profiles to hiring managers, highlighting key skills and relevant experience.
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the offer acceptance and onboarding stages.
- Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in online sourcing and recruitment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvements and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Proven ability to conduct effective online talent searches and source passive candidates.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, Bullhorn).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on professional correspondence and compelling candidate pitches.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, remote work environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for specific IT domains such as Software Development, Cybersecurity, Cloud Engineering, or Data Analytics.
- Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., Boolean search strings, x-ray searching, specialized recruitment software).
- Certifications in recruitment or human resources (e.g., CIR, CDR).
