Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients to present and effectively sell various insurance policies.
  • Thoroughly assess individual client needs and expertly recommend appropriate insurance products (e.g., life, health, auto, home, commercial).
  • Clearly and concisely explain policy features, benefits, limitations, and disadvantages to clients.
  • Accurately complete applications, efficiently process payments, and ensure all necessary documentation is precise and compliant with regulations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups and unparalleled customer service.
  • Promptly respond to client inquiries and efficiently resolve policy-related issues and concerns.
  • Continuously stay informed about new products, evolving market trends, and pertinent regulatory changes within the insurance industry.
  • Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Strictly adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical guidelines.
  • Actively participate in virtual team meetings and ongoing professional development and training sessions.

Required Skills

  • Valid and active insurance license in Colombia (e.g., Aprobación de la Superintendencia Financiera para operar como Agente o Corredor de Seguros).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven, successful experience in insurance sales or a directly related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish are essential.
  • Demonstrated strong sales acumen and superior negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other relevant sales and communication tools.
  • Exceptional ability to work independently, demonstrate self-discipline, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Possession of a high level of integrity, professionalism, and a strong customer service orientation.
