Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding products, services, and general inquiries.
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend suitable Vodacom products and services.
- Achieve and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide accurate information and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer concerns and issues professionally and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to remote work and data security.
Required Skills
- Proven sales ability, ideally in an inbound or customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, products, and services.
