Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies, plans, and forecasts to support the remote department’s objectives.
- Oversee all budgeting, financial modeling, cash flow management, and financial reporting activities.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to the remote department head and executive leadership team.
- Analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and present actionable insights to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Lead and mentor a remote team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, compliance standards, and internal controls.
- Manage financial risk, including identifying potential threats and developing mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and strategic initiatives, providing financial due diligence and impact analysis.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or executive capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with proven ability to lead and motivate a remote workforce.
