Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming email inquiries from patients, community members, and partners in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
  • Provide clear, concise, and helpful information regarding PIH Health services, appointments, billing, general queries, and more.
  • Accurately document all interactions and resolutions within our CRM system, ensuring thorough and up-to-date records.
  • Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate department or senior team member for further resolution.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to gather information and ensure comprehensive responses to inquiries.
  • Adhere to all PIH Health policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and data security.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new information, services, and system updates to maintain expert-level knowledge.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective written communication.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge, fostering continuous professional development.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written communication and grammar skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and kindly.
