Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately upload new product listings, including descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and inventory levels, to various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on all product data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and tags for search engines to improve organic visibility.
  • Manage and organize product imagery, ensuring proper formatting, sizing, and consistent visual branding.
  • Perform regular audits of existing product catalogs to identify and correct discrepancies, outdated information, or missing details.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to enhance product content and ensure a cohesive online presentation.
  • Assist with categorizing products, assigning appropriate attributes, and managing product variations (sizes, colors, etc.).
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform updates, and best practices for product data management.
  • Provide regular reports on product upload progress and data quality.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (at least 1 year) with e-commerce product uploading and data entry.
  • Proficiency with popular e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling product descriptions.
