Key Responsibilities
- Accurately upload new product listings, including descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and inventory levels, to various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all product data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and tags for search engines to improve organic visibility.
- Manage and organize product imagery, ensuring proper formatting, sizing, and consistent visual branding.
- Perform regular audits of existing product catalogs to identify and correct discrepancies, outdated information, or missing details.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to enhance product content and ensure a cohesive online presentation.
- Assist with categorizing products, assigning appropriate attributes, and managing product variations (sizes, colors, etc.).
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform updates, and best practices for product data management.
- Provide regular reports on product upload progress and data quality.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (at least 1 year) with e-commerce product uploading and data entry.
- Proficiency with popular e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling product descriptions.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles for product listings.
