Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive digital market research to identify emerging trends, untapped opportunities, and competitive landscapes relevant to a diverse range of small business clients.
- Utilize a wide array of industry-standard digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, social media analytics platforms) to meticulously collect and interpret data on website performance, audience behavior, campaign effectiveness, and conversion funnels.
- Perform in-depth competitor analysis, benchmarking client performance against industry leaders and identifying strategic advantages or areas for improvement.
- Develop clear, data-driven reports and compelling presentations that translate complex research findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for various digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and rigorously analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns, providing regular performance updates and proactive strategic adjustments to optimize results.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and strategy teams to seamlessly integrate research findings into overall client strategies, campaign development, and optimization efforts.

Required Skills
- Proven professional experience (2+ years) in digital research, market analysis, or a similar data-driven analytical role.
