Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or contact center role.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, web-based applications, and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload) and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
