As a Remote Customer Success Executive, you will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, building deep relationships with executive stakeholders and user teams alike. You will lead regular business reviews, present performance metrics, and collaborate internally with sales, product, and professional services teams to orchestrate a seamless customer journey. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value, coupled with your strategic thinking, will be crucial in guiding customers through their Workday journey, from initial onboarding to ongoing optimization and renewal. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors.
  • Drive product adoption, usage, and value realization across customer organizations through proactive engagement and strategic guidance.
  • Conduct regular business reviews (EBRs/QBRs) with customers to review progress, showcase new features, and align on future strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to customer retention, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Proactively identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and partner with sales to drive renewals and growth.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to product management and engineering teams to influence product roadmap.
  • Develop and execute customized success plans for each account, tailored to their specific business objectives and needs.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with large enterprise accounts.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, value drivers, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to customer success.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and drive positive outcomes with clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
  • Experience with Workday solutions (HCM, Financials, Planning) or similar enterprise cloud applications.
  • Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) or Financial Management business processes.
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 or global 2000 companies.
  • Certifications in project management or relevant industry best practices.
