Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding PepsiCo products, services, and promotions.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on company offerings.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Residency in Yukon, Canada, with a stable high-speed internet connection.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with remote work environments and virtual collaboration tools.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a strong asset.
- Previous experience in the food and beverage or consumer packaged goods industry.
