Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to ensure customer understanding.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues, complaints, and technical problems with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and consistently meet individual and team performance targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, service updates, and company procedures through ongoing training.
  • Adhere strictly to company guidelines and policies, especially regarding data privacy, security, and remote work protocols.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to a positive team environment.

Required Skills

  • Fluent in Swedish (verbal and written) and proficient in English (verbal and written).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, calm, and empathetic tone.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, capable of independent decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a self-directed remote environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service or support role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a remote customer service or contact center environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and customer support tools.
  • Experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or call center setting.
  • Ability to speak additional Nordic languages (e.g., Finnish, Norwegian, Danish) is a strong asset.
  • Experience with upselling or cross-selling products/services, where applicable.
